Shipping policy
Shipping cost is dependent on weight. We typically ship FedEx 2-day at a rate of $9.97 per shipment up to 5 lbs and $19.97 over 5 lbs. Bulk or wholesale orders will be priced at the best possible rate. Up-to-date shipping costs will be reflected in your checkout cart. As of 11/17/2022 shipping is FREE on orders over $100.00.Â
How many days does shipping take?We process all orders within 48 hours of being received. Due to the global crisis, we are experiencing delays in delivery times, but depending on where you live, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed, excluding holidays. After your order is processed you will receive a follow-up confirmation email providing delivery details.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?Â
Yes! We ship Fedex 2-day to all of the United States including Alaska & Hawaii with no surcharge!Â

How do I receive an invoice for my order?You will receive an email confirming your order with details of your purchase along with the amount that has been charged to your payment method of choice.

What is your exchange or return policy?We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you don't love it, we will make it right. You can pause, cancel, or change your delivery cadence at any time. Also, look for special gifts and promos for being a Subscribe and Save customer.Â
How does the subscription work?
On each product page, you’ll have the option to purchase each item or bundle as a one-time purchase, or as a subscription. Choose the subscription option on all of the products you want to receive on a recurring, discounted basis, and we’ll ship it to you every 30 days. How can I cancel my subscription?
