Refund policy

Hey there! Wisdom Superfood is committed to ensuring that you, our customer is 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a Love it or Return it Policy that allows you to return your order within 90 days of receiving delivery for a full refund of your purchase price, no questions asked!

We want to encourage you to give Wisdom a try, to use our products and experience their full benefits. That's why we ask that if possible you use up the entire 90-day time frame before requesting a return. We believe in our products and we're confident that you will love them and experience the life changing benefits just as much as we do! 

To request a refund, simply send an email to hello@wisdomsuperfood.com explaining that you’d like to return the product for a refund, and what you will be returning. It's okay if you finished the entire product, we only ask that you send us the empty container or pouch (or whatever's left)  in a small envelope to 3213 West Wheeler Street, #91 Seattle, WA 98199 with your order number and name on it. 

Once we receive your package, we will initiate your refund within 48 hours. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping, but it's okay to send it in the least expensive method possible. 

It's important to us that our customers feel confident in their purchases. That's why we allow refunds even if it's not your first time ordering from us. However, please note that we do not accept repeated refund requests from the same customer.

Our refund policy applies to orders placed on www.wisdomsuperfood.com only and is subject to change without notice. Please note that a full refund means the total amount you paid plus shipping and handling + sales tax.
